By accessing or using Quickkyb ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Service.

2. Description of Service

Quickkyb provides an automated Know Your Business (KYB) verification platform that helps businesses:

  • Verify company information from public registries
  • Identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs)
    • li>Conduct risk assessments and screenings
  • Generate compliance reports

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

3.2 Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 16 years old
  • You must provide accurate, complete information
  • You must have authority to create accounts on behalf of a business
  • You must comply with all applicable laws

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Verify businesses without proper authorization
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer our technology

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Fees

Our pricing is pay-per-case:

  • Base fee: HKD 100 per entity search
  • Document retrieval: Variable fees per document
  • Additional services: As priced on our pricing page

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due before service delivery
  • All fees are non-refundable once service is delivered
  • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

6. Data and Content

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a license to use it solely to provide our services.

6.2 Retrieved Data

Business information retrieved from public registries is:

  • Provided "as-is" without warranty
  • For informational purposes only, not legal advice

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

7.1 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7.2 Accuracy

While we use reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we:

  • Do not guarantee 100% accuracy of registry data
  • Are not responsible for omissions or errors
  • Recommend supplementary verification for high-risk decisions

7.3 Not Legal Advice

Our Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Always consult with qualified legal counsel for compliance matters.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quickkyb shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
  • Decisions made based on information from our Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quickkyb from:

  • Any misuse of our Service
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Third-party claims arising from your use

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • Your account is inactive for 12+ months
  • We are required to do so by law

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong, unless you opt-out within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email.
