Base Fees

Entity Search

  • Base Fee: HKD 100 per entity search
  • Includes:
    • Company verification and registration details
    • Retrieval of core documents (NAR1, NNC1, COI, AOA, BR_CERT)
    • AI-powered data extraction
    • UBO analysis and ownership calculation
    • Shareholder and director identification
    • Basic compliance report

Corporate Shareholder Investigation

  • Fee: HKD 100 per corporate shareholder investigated
  • When: Each corporate shareholder requires a separate Entity Search
  • Includes: Same as Entity Search above
  • Note: You choose which corporate shareholders to investigate
